Description:
The Constant Score includes patient-reported items on pain and activities of daily living and clinician-assessed range of motion and strength. Scores range from 0–100, with higher scores indicating better function. It is widely used for rotator cuff injuries, fractures, arthroplasty outcomes, and shoulder rehabilitation
