Description:
The EORTC QLQ-C30 is one of the most widely applied quality of life questionnaires in oncology. It measures five functional scales (physical, role, emotional, cognitive, social), three symptom scales (fatigue, nausea/vomiting, pain), and six single-item symptom measures. It also includes a global health status/quality of life scale. The QLQ-C30 can be used alone or in combination with disease-specific modules.
