Description:

The CHQ is a comprehensive pediatric HRQoL instrument designed for children aged 5 years and older. It evaluates multiple domains of health, including physical limitations, bodily pain, self-esteem, and social interaction. Both parent-proxy (PF) and child self-report (CF) versions exist. It is widely applied in pediatric research and clinical practice.
