(International Knee Documentation Committee)

The IKDC is a validated PROM that captures patient perspectives on knee function, pain, and ability to perform daily and athletic activities.
Description:
The IKDC Subjective Knee Evaluation Form was developed by the International Knee Documentation Committee to standardize outcome reporting in patients with knee disorders. It covers domains including symptoms (pain, stiffness, swelling), daily activity, and sports function. Scores are transformed to a 0–100 scale, with higher values representing better function. The IKDC is commonly used in research, clinical trials, and routine orthopedic practice.
