Description:
The WOSI assesses physical symptoms, sport/recreation limitations, lifestyle impact, and emotional well-being related to shoulder instability. Scores are scaled from 0–2100, with lower scores indicating better function. It is used for pre- and post-operative assessment, rehabilitation tracking, and research.
